Four services. One question each.
tMinus1 is an AWS consulting and engineering firm. We build cloud and AI systems that survive security review and stay in production — and we operate them afterwards. Start with whichever question is yours.
Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson.
Pick the one that matches your question
Each page says what we do, how an engagement runs, and what you walk away with. None of them asks you to buy a report.
A free Well-Architected Review. We review one AWS workload against the six pillars and hand you a fix list ranked by consequence. We pay for the engineering time, and you keep the findings whether you hire us or not.
We engineer identity, segmentation, encryption, logging and alerting — written as code, raised as pull requests against your repositories. Then we attack what we built and hand your reviewers the evidence.
We take one process, build the agent, break it, secure it, and hand it over running in production — with the evidence pack your security team needs to approve it. AWS may co-fund qualifying projects.
Hands-on workshops in your own codebase. Your team builds one agent, attacks it, and hardens it — then keeps the repository, the tests and the runbook. Taught by engineers who run these systems.
How the four fit together
Most clients arrive at one and end up using two. There is no required order, but this is the common path.
Two weeks, no fee. It tells us both what the real problem is before anyone writes a quote.
Cloud and security engineering, so the next thing you build is not built on sand.
One process, built, broken, secured and handed over running in your account.
Your engineers build the second one themselves. That is the point of the training.
We didn't read about this. We shipped it.
tMinus1 built Automatum — multi-tenant SaaS, metered billing, marketplace integrations across AWS, Azure and GCP. 80+ software companies run their marketplace revenue through it, with $120M+ transacted. We still operate it, and we carry the pager.

If you are unsure, start with the free Well-Architected Review. It costs nothing, it takes about three hours of your team's time, and it tells us both what the real work is before anyone writes a quote.
Working software and infrastructure in production. Documents come with the software, as the evidence your security team needs — never instead of it. The one exception is the free review, which is a document by design.
No. We do cloud security engineering, application security, adversarial testing and governance. Where you need formal certification or accredited assessment, we work alongside your assessor and give them the evidence they ask for.
You do. Everything runs in your AWS account and lands in your repositories. If you stop working with us, you keep the system, the runbook and the evidence pack.
It may. As an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner we can apply for proof-of-concept funding on qualifying projects, and we tell you in the first call whether yours is likely to qualify. Funding is at AWS's discretion and is never guaranteed. The free review carries no AWS funding at all — we pay for that one.
Book a technical call. Thirty minutes with an engineer — we work out which of the four fits, what we would do first, and whether AWS funding may apply.
Ready when your security team is.
Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. We will tell you what we would do first.
